We recommend you to send your parcel via Royal Mail Special Delivery ; you can track your parcel online, you receive electronic proof of delivery and up to £2,500 compensation if the worst should happen (the automatic compensation level is £500 you can increase this to £2500 with a small charge).

Simply visit the Collect Plus site and find your nearest merchant. Print off your label and drop it off at the merchant.
Or if you live in or around York we'd love you to pop in and deliver your phone in person. We are just outside the city walls and have parking outside our workshop.
