Car Kit Installation - Important Information

The vehicle, car kit and phone must be made available to our installer at the agreed appointment time. If after a 20 minute wait time we are not able to proceed with the install the appointment will be cancelled.

Audio leads cannot be fitted to certain vehicles with amplified stereos or manufacturers Satellite Navigation systems. In these circumstances the external speaker supplied with the car kit will be fitted.

If your vehicle has a radio code we advise that this is provided to our installer prior to commencing the installation. If the radio code is not available we will not be able to test the radio mute during the post install checks.

All prices are subject to change if additional parts or labour are required.

A cancellation fee of £40.00 + vat will be charged if the installation is cancelled with less than 24 hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Cancellations must be communicated during FoneFix business hours Monday to Friday.

Installation labour is covered by 12 month warranty. Parts are subject to manufacturers 6 month warranty.
