Collect Plus allows you to drop a parcel off at your nearest Drop Off/Collection point and have it delivered to your destination. Much like taking a parcel into your local Post Office but Collect Plus can be found at local corner shops and supermarkets. If you use this service, we will return your package to the Collect Plus store where you dropped it off free of charge and tell you it’s on its way back, you only have to pay to send it to us.
